Refund and Cancellation Policy

PocketProf sells a monthly subscription and one-time credit top-ups. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. This page explains how cancellation and refunds work.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access and any remaining plan credits until the end of the period you already paid for. Plan credits that go unused lapse at renewal.
Refunds
Credits pay for AI usage that happens the moment you use them, and that cost can't be recovered. So:
- Credits that have been used are not refundable.
- Subscription payments and top-ups are otherwise non-refundable once made, and we don't refund partial months after cancelling.
- We do refund duplicate charges, charges made in error, and purchases that failed to deliver the credits you paid for.
- Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show them.
Free credits
The free credits given at sign-up have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
